Description
Welding Table PRO 1200x1000mm – versatile format for workshop tasks
Welding Table PRO 1200x1000mm by GPPH features a worktop made of 15mm-thick S355J2+N steel, reinforced with ribs and manufactured with a flatness tolerance of ≤0.15mm. It is well suited when a medium-sized structure requires space for the workpiece, support points and clamping tools positioned on several sides.
1200x1000mm work surface for versatile workshop tasks
The 1200x1000mm format provides more flexibility than compact variants while taking up less space than large tables designed for extensive structures. The surface is well suited to medium-sized frames, bases, frameworks, brackets and assemblies where several components need to be positioned within a single work cycle.
The 1200mm length provides space for positioning elongated profiles, while the 1000mm width allows clamping tools to be conveniently arranged on both sides of the workpiece. These proportions mean that the worktop does not impose a single working direction and can be used for both elongated structures and more compact geometries.
The 1200x1000mm welding worktop is well suited as the main workstation in a workshop carrying out different types of tasks. The larger surface allows some tooling to remain on the worktop without the need to constantly clear space during subsequent assembly stages.
S355J2+N steel and rigid PRO worktop construction
The PRO 1200x1000mm work surface is made of 15mm S355J2+N steel. The rigidity of the worktop is supported by the ribbed structure underneath, which is important when clamping components and arranging clamping tools in different areas of the workstation.
The maximum flatness deviation of the work surface is specified at ≤0.15mm. This allows both the 1200mm length and 1000mm width to be used as an even base when positioning medium-sized frames, bases and other components.
- the holes feature a milled and chamfered finish, making them easier to use with system tooling,
- ±0.05mm is their manufacturing tolerance, important for accurately reproducing tooling positions,
- the surface features an engraved 100x100mm grid, useful for determining the relative positions of profiles and reference points,
- additional rigidity is provided by the rib reinforcement located underneath the worktop,
- the profile used for the legs has a cross-section of 100x100x4mm,
- each individual support point has a declared load capacity of 1000kg, so the weight should be properly distributed across the structure.
GPPH recommends: Recording the coordinates of the most important clamping points relative to the engraved 100x100mm grid makes it easier to produce subsequent identical components. For the next workpiece, the setup can be reproduced without having to determine each point again from scratch.
Maximum table load capacity up to 4000kg
The compact dimensions of the PRO 1000x600mm do not mean limited load capacity. The table is supported by 4 legs made of 100x100x4mm profiles, each providing a load capacity of up to 1000kg. With the load properly and evenly distributed, this gives the table a maximum load capacity of up to 4000kg.
This allows the compact work surface to also be used with heavy components and structures, provided their weight is properly distributed across the worktop and support points.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the PRO 1200x1000mm be used as the main table for various workshop tasks?
The format combines a 1200mm length with a 1000mm width, allowing work with both elongated components and more compact structures.
How can the engraved 100x100mm grid be used in serial production?
The position of reference points can be related to the engraved 100x100mm scale, and the same values can be used when preparing subsequent repeatable components.
How should the load capacity of 1000kg per leg be interpreted?
The 1000kg value applies to a single table leg, and the actual load should be properly distributed between the structure’s support points.
