The Welding Table ECO at GPPH costs from €671.50 to €2,584.00 and provides a stable, functional surface for repeatable positioning and clamping of workpieces at a lower entry price than more advanced series. The ECO series is well suited to everyday assembly and welding work where organized clamping, choosing the right table size, and efficient use of workshop space are important.
The ECO series is suitable when a stable working surface with an 8 mm tabletop is needed, but the workstation does not require a more advanced construction. Rib reinforcement supports tabletop rigidity, while the regular hole pattern makes it easier to create repeatable positioning setups.
When producing similar workpieces, once the positions of stops and clamps have been set, they can be reproduced without determining the geometry from scratch. In the broader range welding tables you can choose the series and size to suit the type of structures being produced.
The 8 mm thick S355J2+N steel tabletop is reinforced with ribs, creating a stable base for positioning and clamping workpieces. The legs made from 60x60 mm profiles have a declared load capacity of 500 kg per leg, so correct positioning of the support points is important for proper workstation operation.
The engraved scale makes it easier to position components and reproduce previous setups. Depending on the variant, the table can have legs with feet or wheels, allowing you to choose between a fixed workstation and easier mobility.
GPPH advises: Before starting work, carefully level the ECO table and check the stability of all support points. Correct setup makes repeatable workpiece positioning easier and helps maintain the geometry of the structure during assembly and welding.
Choose the Ø16 or Ø28 system according to the tools you use, the size of the workpieces, and the way they are clamped. Depending on the variant, a 50x50 mm, 100x100 mm, or diagonal grid is used, so the hole pattern should match the way the positioning elements are arranged.
The ECO series is available in many sizes, so the working surface can be matched to the space available in the workshop. Before choosing, it is also worth checking compatibility with tools for welding tables and welding clamps.
The ECO series with an 8 mm tabletop is worth comparing with other product lines when the type of structures being produced or the workstation requirements change. In that case, ECO can be compared with PLUS welding tables and PRO welding tables and choose the series based on the way you work, rather than price alone.
ECO tables feature an 8 mm tabletop, an Ø16 or Ø28 system, and are available in many sizes as well as variants with feet or wheels. Choose the configuration according to the size of the workpieces, the tools you use, and the space allocated for the workstation.
What types of work is the Welding Table ECO suitable for?
