The Welding Table PLUS at GPPH costs from €901.00 to €3,536.00 and provides a rigid, precise surface for repeatable positioning and clamping of flat and spatial structures. The PLUS series is well suited to regular assembly and welding work where precise workpiece positioning, efficient tool setup, and fewer corrections are important.
The 12 mm thick S355J2+N steel tabletop, reinforced with ribs, creates a stable base for positioning and clamping components. Once properly levelled, the declared flatness of the table is up to 0.15 mm across the entire surface, making it easier to maintain repeatable workpiece positioning.
Milled and chamfered holes make it easier to position clamping elements, while the 100x100 mm grid helps reproduce previous setups. In the broader range welding tables other GPPH series are also available.
GPPH advises: Before positioning the workpiece, level the PLUS table and check the support points. Correct setup allows you to make use of the rigidity of the 12 mm tabletop and maintain repeatable positioning.
Choose the Ø16 or Ø28 system according to the clamping elements you use and the typical workpieces. Depending on the variant, a 50x50 mm, 100x100 mm or diagonal grid is used, while three rows of holes in the side walls increase the positioning possibilities along the edges of the table.
When selecting Tools for Welding Tables and welding clamps, maintain compatibility with the hole system. Depending on the configuration, the PLUS table can have legs with feet or wheels.
PLUS tables feature a 12 mm tabletop, an Ø16 or Ø28 system, and three rows of holes in the side walls. Choose the variant according to the type of structure and workstation organization.
