The Welding Table PRO at GPPH costs from €1,292.00 to €5,219.00 and provides a rigid, precise surface for repeatable positioning and clamping of medium-sized and larger structures. The PRO series is ideal wherever stable workpiece geometry, quick tool clamping, and fewer corrections during assembly and welding are essential.
The 15 mm thick tabletop and rib-reinforced construction create a rigid base that reduces the susceptibility of the working surface to deformation when positioning and clamping workpieces. Once properly levelled, the declared flatness of the table is up to 0.15 mm across the entire surface, making it easier to maintain repeatable positioning of components during subsequent operations.
Milled and chamfered holes support precise positioning of clamping system components. In practice, this means less time spent on setup adjustments and easier reproduction of a previously prepared configuration. In the broader range welding tables there are also series designed for other production requirements.
Choose the PRO table primarily according to the Ø16 or Ø28 system you use and the hole pattern that matches the way your workpieces are positioned. Depending on the variant, a 50x50 mm, 100x100 mm or diagonal grid is available, while the engraved 100x100 mm scale makes it easier to check component positioning and reproduce previous setups.
Depending on the configuration, you can choose legs with feet or wheels. The version with feet is suitable for a permanently positioned workstation, while wheels make it easier to move the table within the production hall or workshop without reorganizing the entire workspace.
The PRO series is compatible with milled tools for welding tables for 2D and 3D structures. When selecting welding clamps and fast assembly bolts and pins, compatibility with the hole system of the selected table must be maintained.
GPPH advises: Before starting work, carefully level the PRO table and check the stability of all support points. Correct setup allows you to make full use of the rigidity of the 15 mm tabletop and the declared surface flatness during repeatable positioning of workpieces.
PRO tables feature a 15 mm tabletop, an Ø16 or Ø28 system, and milled holes designed for precise clamping. Choose the variant according to the size of the structure, the tools used, and the organization of the workstation.
What types of work is the Welding Table PRO suitable for?
The PRO series is suitable for medium-sized and larger structures where tabletop rigidity, repeatable positioning, and stable clamping are important.
Are PRO welding tables available in Ø16 and Ø28 systems?
Yes, PRO welding tables are available in Ø16 or Ø28 systems, and the hole grid layout depends on the variant and clamping method.
How thick is the tabletop of the PRO welding table?
The PRO tabletop is 15 mm thick and reinforced with ribs, which supports surface rigidity during the assembly and welding of structures.
