Free delivery on products from EUR 125

For orders including products with a value of at least EUR 125, we offer free delivery to the following countries:

Parcel shipments

For smaller products, tools and accessories that can be shipped as parcels, the delivery cost is calculated separately from the transport of tables.

The rates shown on the website are indicative prices. Due to differences in transport costs between different regions of the same country, the final price may vary.

Safe delivery of your order

All GPPH products are carefully secured and prepared for transport, taking into account their type, dimensions and weight.

When receiving your order, we recommend checking the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, please report it to the courier and complete a damage report. This document may help facilitate the subsequent handling of a claim concerning damage caused during transport.

Cash on delivery

We do not offer cash on delivery. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout in the online store.

Personal collection / own transport

Regardless of the customer’s country of residence, the order can also be collected in person at the GPPH headquarters in Poland:

Personal collection is available Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:00, after receiving an email confirming that the order is ready for collection.

Please come to collect your order only after receiving confirmation that it has been fully processed.
