SMART Extension 1000×200 mm is a practical accessory designed to increase the working surface of a welding table while maintaining the full functionality of the mounting hole system. Thanks to its greater width, the extension provides even more possibilities for positioning workpieces, mounting tools, and expanding the workstation during welding, assembly, and metal fabrication work.

The extension is equipped with a mounting hole system and a work grid identical to those used in welding tables, ensuring full compatibility with system tools and maintaining convenience in everyday work. The larger working surface makes the extension ideal for handling larger steel structures, profiles, and components that require additional support and secure clamping.

The SMART Welding Table Extension can be used both as an extension of the worktop and as an auxiliary component when building more complex three-dimensional structures.

Construction and functionality

The SMART Extension has been designed to conveniently expand the capabilities of a welding table and improve everyday workshop efficiency. The design features a fixture hole system that allows for the quick installation of locating pins, tooling, and positioning elements.

Thanks to its design, the extension can be used for:

• in a horizontal position – as an extension of the welding table working surface,
• in a vertical position – as a mounting base for tooling during the welding of three-dimensional structures,

The wider 1000×200 mm design provides an even larger working surface and additional mounting possibilities when working with larger structural components. This solution allows for convenient workstation expansion and enhances workpiece positioning capabilities when handling larger steel structures, profiles, frames, and spatial assemblies.

Unlike the professional PRO, PLUS, and EXPERT series, which undergo precision CNC machining, SMART tools are manufactured exclusively using laser cutting technology. This has simplified the manufacturing process and significantly reduced the final product cost while maintaining a very high level of workmanship.

The manufacturing process uses advanced GasMix technology with a 20 kW laser, which helps minimize thermal distortion of the material during cutting. As a result, the components remain flatter and more dimensionally stable compared to those produced using standard laser-cutting technologies.

In practice, the user receives a functional workshop tool that offers very good workmanship at an affordable price.

System and compatibility

SMART Extension 1000×200 mm is available in versions compatible with fi16 and fi28 hole systems.

The SMART series is available in the following variants:

• SMART12 – designed for tables with a 12 mm thick tabletop,
• SMART15 – designed for tables with a 15 mm thick tabletop.

Depending on the selected version, the extension can be used with compatible welding tables equipped with a Ø16 or Ø28 hole system.

The tool is compatible with clamping pins and other system tooling, allowing it to be quickly installed and conveniently used during everyday work at the welding table.
