Description

Welding table PLUS 1000×1000 mm – flexible workpiece positioning on a square tabletop

The equal sides of the GPPH PLUS 1000×1000 mm welding table provide the operator with a similar amount of working space in both directions. The S355J2+N steel construction with reinforcing ribs, a system of milled and chamfered holes, and an engraved scale is well suited to workpieces whose orientation changes during preparation.

Welding tabletop 1000×1000 mm for working from multiple sides

The square 1000×1000 mm format provides a similar amount of space in both length and width, making it easier to position frames, welded assemblies, holders and structures that require clamping in several directions. The absence of a clearly dominant working axis allows the workpiece orientation to be adapted more freely to the current task.

A welding table with a 1000×1000 mm work surface is also well suited to situations where the operator regularly changes position around the structure. Access from different sides can make it easier to prepare additional clamping points without frequently rotating the entire workpiece.

S355J2+N steel as the foundation of a stable workstation

The square tabletop allows clamping points to be distributed across different areas of the surface, so the material works under slightly different conditions than on a clearly elongated table. The welding tabletop is made of S355J2+N steel. The square 1000×1000 mm format allows the work surface to be used in configurations extending in both directions.

The work surface is supported by a system of ribs located beneath the tabletop. Their role is to support the rigidity of the workstation regardless of whether the workpiece is positioned lengthwise, crosswise or centrally.

GPPH advises: a similar tabletop length and width are particularly useful for structures whose orientation changes frequently during preparation. Before choosing the 1000×1000 mm size, check whether access to several sides of the workstation can also be used effectively in the actual workshop layout.

Hole system for flexible clamping configuration

The square geometry of the tabletop provides real flexibility only when the tooling can also be arranged in different directions. This is made possible by the milled and chamfered mounting holes distributed across the work surface.

In practice, the operator does not have to align the structure with a single workstation axis. The clamping points can be selected to suit the current position of the frame, holder or assembly.

Load capacity of the welding table PLUS

Each welding table PLUS variant offers a load capacity of up to 750 kg per leg. This makes the workstation suitable also for working with heavier components and higher loads.

Engraved scale supporting positioning in both directions

The equal sides of the tabletop mean there is no single obvious reference axis during work. The engraved markings organize the work surface in both directions and make it easier to maintain orientation when the structure is repositioned.

In practice, this is useful when rotating the workpiece or adding further components from different sides. The entire assembly being prepared remains linked to one clear reference system on the table surface.

Welding table PLUS 1000×1000 mm parameters

  • square work surface 1000×1000 mm,
  • tabletop made of S355J2+N steel,
  • construction reinforced with stiffening ribs,
  • milled and chamfered mounting holes,
  • engraved scale supporting positioning,
  • possibility to configure clamping in different directions,
  • format suitable for working with access to the structure from multiple sides.

With the 1000×1000 mm format, the main advantage is the freedom to organize the workpiece and clamping points relative to both axes of the tabletop. Choose the PLUS 1000×1000 mm when the job requires similar positioning flexibility along both axes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can a square tabletop be more convenient than a rectangular one?
It provides a similar amount of space in both directions, making it easier to change the orientation of the structure without being clearly limited by a single working axis.

Does the PLUS 1000×1000 mm require access from every side?
No, but being able to approach the table from several sides makes it possible to take fuller advantage of the square work surface.

Can the workpiece orientation be changed without rebuilding the entire workstation?
The hole system makes it possible to adapt the clamping points to the new direction of the workpiece.
