At GPPH, we don’t stand still. We develop what already works great – because we know that in welding, every detail matters. That’s why the latest changes in our offer are not a revolution for the sake of change, but a deliberate improvement of parameters that truly impact everyday work and user comfort. We focus on what really makes a difference at the workstation – precision, stability and repeatability. Let’s start with what is absolutely crucial in welding tables – flatness. And no, we’re not talking about a section. Not the center. We’re talking about the ENTIRE tabletop. Because only such a surface gives full control over part positioning and eliminates the risk of errors already at the assembly stage.
In GPPH tables, we managed to reduce the tolerance even further:
- EXPERT / PRO / PLUS series: from ≤ 0.3 mm to ≤ 0.15 mm
- ECO / SMART series: from ≤ 0.5 mm to ≤ 0.3 mm
This is a level that until recently was reserved for the most demanding applications. Today, it is becoming the standard in our offer.
Why does it matter?
Because a precisely manufactured work surface means fewer corrections, faster assembly, and greater production repeatability. And that directly translates into higher efficiency and fewer errors.
Our tables have always been designed with precision in mind – dense ribbing, a stable construction, and S355J2+N steel form the foundation of this accuracy. Now, we’ve simply taken it even further.
Load capacity? We’ve raised the bar
Did you think this was the maximum? So did we… for a moment. Because if a table is meant to handle heavy structures – there’s no room for compromise. Especially since our tables were already handling really high loads and demanding projects with ease. But if we could increase the load capacity and offer even more possibilities – why not? We like pushing boundaries and developing our products where it truly makes a difference for the user.
That’s why we increased the load capacity of our tables:
- EXPERT – 1250 kg / leg
- PRO – 1000 kg / leg
- PLUS – 750 kg / leg
- ECO – 500 kg / leg
- SMART 15 – max. 2500 kg
- SMART 12 – max. 2000 kg
These are values that allow you to work with large and demanding components without worrying about stability. Especially in the case of the EXPERT series, which was designed for heavy-duty structures – from construction industry applications to machine manufacturing. Higher load capacity is not just “more kilograms”, but above all greater confidence in your work, reduced risk of deformation, and real support for demanding projects.
We refine what’s already proven
We’re not changing direction – we’re consistently developing it. Our welding tables have been built for years on solutions that simply work in practice: a wide range of hole systems (Ø16 and Ø28), full compatibility with tooling, and the ability to support both manual and robotic work.
The table’s structure itself remains key – the way it is designed and manufactured directly affects working stability and resistance to deformation. Thanks to this refined construction, we were able to go a step further and improve additional parameters without compromise. The new flatness and load capacity values are no coincidence. They are the result of experience, testing, and continuous refinement of details that truly matter in everyday work.
Why are we doing this?
Because in production, repeatability and predictability matter. Even small improvements in accuracy or strength translate into real workflow benefits – fewer corrections, greater process stability, and better control over the final result.
That’s why we develop our tables where it makes sense – not for the sake of change, but so the user can work faster, with greater confidence, and without limitations.
