Description
Welding Table PRO 1000x1000mm – square worktop for working along both axes
Welding Table PRO 1000x1000mm by GPPH features a square worktop made of 15mm-thick S355J2+N steel with a flatness tolerance of ≤0.15mm across the entire work surface. It is ideal when the assembled structure requires a similar amount of space in both directions and flexible placement of clamping tools around the workpiece.
Square 1000x1000mm worktop for working along both axes
The 1000x1000mm work surface provides equal space in both length and width, making it well suited to structures whose geometry does not extend in just one direction. Square frames, bases, stands, small frameworks and three-dimensional assemblies can be positioned with room for clamping tools along several edges at the same time.
The 1m² work surface provides greater freedom along the transverse axis than a 1000x600mm worktop. The difference is particularly noticeable in tasks where angle brackets, stops and clamps need to be positioned not only along one side of the structure but also along its other sides.
The square welding worktop also makes it easier to change the orientation of a component without having to rotate the entire structure each time. When frequently assembling frames of similar length and width, this allows you to make better use of the workstation surface.
15mm S355J2+N steel worktop for precise positioning
The square work surface is formed by a 15mm-thick S355J2+N steel worktop. Rib reinforcement beneath the surface provides additional structural rigidity when clamping profiles, flat bars and components that require secure support.
The surface accuracy is defined by a value of ≤0.15mm. With the 1000x1000mm format, this is particularly important for frames and bases positioned on different areas of the worktop, as components can be aligned along both the longitudinal and transverse axes.
- the edges of the milled and chamfered holes are designed for convenient use with compatible tooling,
- holes manufactured with a tolerance of ±0.05mm help ensure precise reproduction of previously prepared configurations,
- the 100x100mm scale marked on the worktop allows components to be positioned according to a clear grid in both directions,
- beneath the work surface, a rib system increases its rigidity,
- the workstation is supported by legs made of profiles with a cross-section of 100x100x4mm,
- each leg is designed for a load capacity of 1000kg, provided the load is properly distributed.
GPPH recommends: The two diagonals provide a quick reference check when assembling a square or rectangular frame. Compare them before fully tightening the components. Any difference is easier to correct before making the welds.
Maximum table load capacity up to 4000kg
The compact dimensions of the PRO 1000x600mm do not mean limited load capacity. The table is supported by 4 legs made of 100x100x4mm profiles, each providing a load capacity of up to 1000kg. With the load properly and evenly distributed, this gives the table a maximum load capacity of up to 4000kg.
This allows the compact work surface to also be used with heavy components and structures, provided their weight is properly distributed across the worktop and support points.

The square 1000x1000mm work surface, 15mm worktop and flatness ≤0.15mm provide a solid base for tasks requiring flexible positioning of components in two directions. If you frequently assemble frames and bases that require clamping tools positioned around the workpiece, the PRO 1000x1000mm format provides adequate space for them.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the square 1000x1000mm format offer when assembling frames?
Equal length and width provide a similar amount of space for the workpiece and clamping tools along both axes of the workstation.
How are the holes in the PRO 1000x1000mm worktop made?
The holes are milled and chamfered, with a manufacturing tolerance of ±0.05mm.
Does a 1m² work surface mean that the component has to be positioned in a specific direction?
No. The square proportions allow the orientation of many structures to be changed without clearly restricting the workstation to a single working axis.
