The 1200x1000 Welding Table from GPPH costs between €1351.50 and €5516.50 and provides a compact, stable working surface for positioning and clamping small and medium-sized structures without unnecessary workstation reorganization. This format is particularly well suited to workshops where repeatable workpiece positioning and efficient use of the available workspace are important.
The rectangular 1200x1000 mm tabletop provides space for small and medium-sized workpieces, while the 1000 mm depth helps maintain a compact workstation layout. It is easier to leave enough space around the table for the operator, tool handling, and material movement.
For repetitive work, a previously prepared locating setup reduces the need to remeasure and readjust the position of components. In the wider range welding tables other formats are also available. For a more square working surface, you can compare welding tables 1200x1200 mm, and with a shallower depth - welding tables 1200x800 mm.
In the 1200x1000 mm format, the ECO, PLUS, PRO, and EXPERT series are available, along with the PLUS INOX and PRO INOX variants and BASIC, with tabletop thicknesses ranging from 8 to 25 mm. Standard versions use S355J2+N steel, while the INOX variants use 1.4301 stainless steel.
Depending on the series, the Ø16 or Ø28 system is used, together with a 50x50 mm, 100x100 mm, or diagonal grid. Milled and chamfered holes, an engraved 100x100 mm scale, and reinforcing ribs make precise positioning and stable clamping of workpieces easier.
GPPH recommends: Before starting work, level the 1200x1000 mm table precisely and check the stability of all support points. A level surface helps maintain workpiece geometry and ensures repeatable positioning.
Choose the 1200x1000 mm version according to the Ø16 or Ø28 system you use, the required tabletop construction, and the workstation setup. Depending on the configuration, you can choose legs on feet or wheels, allowing you to decide between a fixed workstation and the option to move it.
Before choosing, it is also worth checking compatibility with your existing tools for welding tables. The hole system, grid, and tabletop thickness should match the typical workpieces processed at the workstation.
The 1200x1000 mm tables are available with tabletop thicknesses from 8 to 25 mm, in Ø16 and Ø28 systems, and in versions on feet or wheels. Choose the configuration according to the clamping method and workstation organization.
What types of work is a 1200x1000 mm welding table suitable for?
The 1200x1000 mm format is suitable for small and medium-sized structures and for applications where efficient use of space is important.
Is the 1200x1000 mm table available in Ø16 and Ø28 systems?
Yes, depending on the series, the 1200x1000 mm table can use the Ø16 or Ø28 system and different layouts of clamping holes.
How does the 1200x1000 mm format differ from the 1200x1200 mm format?
The 1200x1000 mm table is shallower than the 1200x1200 mm version, making it better suited to workstations with limited space.
