The BASIC series is ideal wherever simple integration of assembly and welding processes is required, with an Ø16 or Ø28 system and a tabletop adapted to the specific workspace.
The BASIC series features a 12 mm thick tabletop without side walls, making it a suitable base for building robotic workstations and ensuring repeatable positioning of workpieces. The open design provides greater flexibility when planning access for robots, manipulators and tooling around the working surface.
In repetitive processes, the ability to reproduce the position of a component relative to previously established reference points is particularly important. The hole system and engraved scale help organize the positioning of workpieces before subsequent assembly or welding cycles. BASIC belongs to a broader group of assembly welding tables, while the other designs can be compared in the category welding tables.
The absence of side walls distinguishes the BASIC from traditional designs and keeps the tabletop edges open when planning the workstation. With a 12 mm thick tabletop, it is easier to accommodate access for auxiliary equipment, cables, holders or additional workstation components without having to organize the process around a high side wall.

The Ø16 or Ø28 system should be selected according to the tooling used, the size of the workpieces being clamped and the way the process is organized. BASIC is available with a 100x100 mm grid or a diagonal layout depending on the configuration, so the clamping system should be defined already at the workstation design stage.
