The GPPH rail system is a product of our brand, designed to optimise welding and assembly processes in workshops and production plants. Dedicated to welding tables and TRESTLE welding supports, it allows for precise fixing and easy movement of elements, guaranteeing a stable and repeatable position during processing.

The GPPH rail system is a reliable solution for professionals who expect versatility, durability and precision during welding and assembly. Thanks to its modular design and easy adjustment, it is an investment that will quickly pay for itself and improve work in any production facility.

The option to choose legs for the platform structure with a rail system height of 350 mm allows for convenient welding of large-scale structures. The lowered platform provides better access to components, facilitating precise and efficient work.

The rail system can be installed at the standard height of welding tables – 870 mm – ensuring optimal working conditions. This height guarantees ergonomics, comfort of use and easy access to tools, which translates into greater precision and efficiency during welding.

The length of the modular rail system can be adjusted in 1 metre increments (minimum installation length: 2 metres). In terms of width, it is only possible to install elements with the same working width – e.g. 2000×1000 boards can also be attached to 2000×400 boards. 2000×200 boards can also be attached, but it is not possible to use other formats such as 1000×400 or 1500×200.
