- The licence is granted under the following conditions:
- The licence is granted for an indefinite period of time;
- The licence entitles the User to use the Materials on the territory of Poland and all other countries of the world;
- The Licence entitles the User to use the Materials for information and promotional purposes in the following fields of exploitation:
- publishing the Material on websites and social media,
- inclusion of the Materials in printed or electronic marketing materials (e.g. newsletters, flyers, offers) addressed to your customers;
- The Licence entitles the User to modify the Materials only to the extent necessary to make them available in the fields of exploitation indicated in the Licence. Modifications may not result in:
- removing or distorting the GPPH markings on the Materials,
- the inclusion of User Markings on the Materials;
- The Licence does not entitle the User to grant further licences, except for further licences granted to operators of social networks where the User may make the Materials available in accordance with the Licence;
- The licence is granted free of charge;
- The licence is non-exclusive.
- The licence is non-exclusive.
- YOUR USE OF THE MATERIAL WITHOUT OBTAINING A LICENCE OR IN BREACH OF ITS TERMS MAY CONSTITUTE AN INFRINGEMENT:
- THE ACT OF 4 FEBRUARY 1994 ON COPYRIGHT AND RELATED RIGHTS;
- ACT OF 16 APRIL 1993. ON COMBATING UNFAIR COMPETITION.
- IN THE EVENT THAT GPPH IS FOUND TO BE IN BREACH AS INDICATED IN PARA. 6 ABOVE, IT WILL BE ENTITLED (DEPENDING ON THE NATURE OF THE BREACH) TO BRING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE USER (INCLUDING A CLAIM FOR MONETARY DAMAGES).
- The provisions of the Regulations do not limit the possibility to use the Materials on the basis of the provisions of Section 3 of the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights on permitted use of protected works.
