Welding angle – precise positioning and fastening of components

Welding angle is a solid and precise positioning tool used during assembly and welding of steel components on welding tables.

The design with two parallel bases connected by vertical supports allows stable and precise positioning of components at a right angle, which is essential when creating spatial structures.

Construction and functionality

The side arm of the angle bracket is equipped with a set of mounting holes, allowing flexible positioning and connection with other tools.

The lower base features an elongated mounting hole (slot), allowing smooth position adjustment and quick alignment during operation.

The upper base is equipped with round holes designed for stable fastening and cooperation with other tools.

Thanks to the inclined support, the structure gains greater rigidity and stability, making precise positioning of components easier.

Application of the angle bracket

The angle bracket is ideal for:
– positioning and fastening of profiles, pipes, and steel structures,
– assembly and inspection of right-angle joints,
– building frames and structures requiring high accuracy,
– performing welding, assembly, and metalworking tasks.

Compatibility with welding tables

Each angle bracket is available in hole systems of φ16 mm and φ28 mm.

Depending on the selected tool series, it fits the corresponding type of welding table:
– EXPERT – for tables from the EXPERT series (25 mm top) and XWT with an EXPERT-type top,
– PRO – for tables from the PRO, XWT, and MWT series with a 15 mm top,
– PLUS – for tables from the PLUS, ECO, DIY, BASIC, and XWT series with 12 mm and 8 mm tops.

The angle bracket is made of high-quality structural steel S355J2+N, characterized by excellent resistance to deformation and long-term workshop loads.

Each working surface is precisely machined, ensuring perfect contact and repeatable positioning.
