The welding fume extractor IQ Aero Clean Mobile is a mobile filtration and ventilation unit that, thanks to its compact design on wheels, can be easily moved between workstations.
W urządzeniach odciągowych zastosowano dwa rodzaje filtrów – filtr przeciwiskrowy oraz filtr patronowy o powierzchni 20 m², zapewniające skuteczność filtracji na poziomie 99,5% dla cząsteczek o średnicy 0,3 μm. Urządzenie oferuje wydajność przepływu powietrza wynoszącą 3000 m³/h. Generowany poziom hałasu wynosi 60 dB przy pracy z mocą 40%, natomiast przy pełnym obciążeniu (100% mocy) osiąga wartość 80 dB – pomiary wykonano w bezpośredniej bliskości obudowy. Silnik napędowy urządzenia charakteryzuje się mocą 2,2 kW oraz jest przystosowany do zasilania napięciem 400 V.
