IQ Aero Clean Wall 2.0

The welding extraction unit IQ Aero Clean Wall 2.0 is a filtration and ventilation device designed for wall mounting.

W odciągach spawalniczych zastosowaliśmy filtr przeciwiskrowy i filtr patronowy o powierzchni 20m², a poziom filtracji to 99,5% dla cząsteczek o wielkości 0,3 μm. Wydajność przepływu powietrza to 3000m3/h, natomiast poziom hałasu to 60 dB przy 40% mocy urządzenia, oraz 80 dB przy 100% mocy – poziom hałasu został zmierzony w bliskiej odległości od obudowy urządzenia. Moc silnika to 2,2 kW, a zasilanie – 400 V.  

The applied filter system purifies the air by eliminating harmful particles. The GPPH welding extraction unit is equipped with an anti-dust system with grating in the drawers, which prevents secondary dispersion of contaminants during operation.  

Additionally, it is equipped with a “pulse-jet” cleaning system, which uses short, intense pulses of compressed air that reverse the airflow in the filter, effectively removing accumulated dust from the surface of the filter cartridges. It allows programming the frequency of the system’s operation.  

The extraction unit can be equipped with one or two extraction arms of different lengths. 

The IQ Aero Clean Wall welding extraction unit is manufactured in Poland.
