Welding disc φ100 – precise positioning of flat parts

The welding disc φ100 is a practical auxiliary tool designed for positioning and supporting flat welded parts on the surface of a welding table.

It is especially useful where using standard stops is difficult due to limited space or the need to place the part very close to the edge.

Construction and functionality

The disc features an off-center mounting hole, so once placed on the bolt it can be rotated to change the support point or stop position of the part without having to reposition the tool.

This solution makes it possible to precisely adjust its position to current needs and use the disc where traditional stops do not have enough space.

The disc’s compact design makes work easier with flat parts and with elements that require quick, repeatable positioning.

System and compatibility

The disc is available in two system variants: φ16 mm and φ28 mm, allowing it to be matched to different types of welding tables and other tools.

Depending on the selected tool series, it fits the following tables:
– EXPERT – for tables from the EXPERT series (25 mm top) and XWT with an EXPERT-type top,
– PRO – for tables from the PRO, XWT and MWT series with a 15 mm top thickness,
– PLUS – for tables from the PLUS, ECO, BASIC, DIY and XWT series with 12 mm and 8 mm top thickness.
