IQ AERO CLEAN ECO – mobile welding fume extractor
IQ AERO CLEAN ECO is a solution for companies that need effective filtration but do not want to invest in an extensive central system.
It is a mobile unit – mounted on wheels, it can be easily moved to another area of the facility. It works especially well in small and medium-sized production plants.
Despite its compact design, ECO delivers performance of up to 1200 m³/h and filtration efficiency of 99.5% for 0.3 μm particles. A spark arrestor enhances safety, while a filter cartridge with a surface area of 20 m² ensures effective air purification.
A 1.5 kW (400 V) motor ensures stable operation. In addition, a vibration-based filter cleaning system reduces downtime and simplifies daily use.
The unit is available in a version with one or two extraction arms – for servicing one or two workstations.

IQ AERO CLEAN MASTER – industrial filtration and ventilation unit
IQ AERO CLEAN MASTER 11kW is the most powerful unit in our filtration and ventilation range. It has been designed for facilities where production runs for many hours a day and the extraction system must operate reliably and without interruption. It is a solution for large halls and multi-station welding shops, where fume emissions are intense and performance cannot drop over time.
The heart of the unit is an 11 kW motor, delivering a high power reserve even under demanding operating conditions. A capacity of up to approximately 15,000 m³/h at an Ø400 mm inlet allows efficient operation across larger work areas or multiple extraction points simultaneously.
MASTER is equipped with an HMI control panel that enables real-time monitoring of the unit’s operation. The operator has full control over the parameters, and depending on the configuration, the system can be integrated with solutions for monitoring and managing the installation’s operation.
A major advantage of this model is the automatic, sequential filter cleaning system. Thanks to this, the unit maintains stable operating parameters even under heavy load, while the need for manual intervention is reduced to a minimum. This translates into less downtime and greater production predictability.

IQ AERO CLEAN SUMMIT 4kW – filtration column for a production hall
A classic source extraction system cannot be used in every hall. When workstations are mobile, the infrastructure does not allow for duct installation, and fumes accumulate under the ceiling, the solution is IQ AERO CLEAN SUMMIT 4kW.
It is an industrial filtration column with a height of 4 meters, which draws in contaminated air from the upper zones of the hall – exactly where fumes and dust naturally accumulate. Cleaned air is discharged at the bottom of the unit, supporting stable circulation throughout the entire production area.
The unit is equipped with a 4 kW motor, designed for operation in industrial environments. The profiled upper intake zone enhances the efficiency of contaminant capture, while the specially designed directional outlet grille reduces turbulence and unpleasant air drafts. The compact base allows the column to be installed without reorganizing the entire hall.
IQ AERO CLEAN SUMMIT is a solution that improves air quality throughout the entire facility – not just at a single workstation.
