In accordance with Article 42 of the Act of June 13, 2013 on packaging and packaging waste management, we inform our customers about the packaging used in mail order sales, as well as the proper handling of packaging waste generated from it:
- The packaging used in our store includes paper, cardboard, wood, and plastic.
- Used packaging from the products offered should be disposed of independently by placing it in appropriate municipal waste containers, in accordance with the rules and regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order adopted separately by each municipality.
- Information on waste collection schedules, PSZOK locations, and waste acceptance hours can be found on the websites of municipal and city authorities or waste collection companies.
- It is prohibited to place used packaging from the products offered in containers not intended for the collection of this type of waste.
- Paper and cardboard packaging waste is collected in blue containers marked “Paper.”
- Packaging waste made of metal, plastic and multiple materials is collected in yellow containers marked “Metals and plastics.”
- Packaging waste in the form of wooden pallets and wooden crates should be recycled.
- Packaging waste generated in the course of business activities should be classified as non-municipal waste and included in the waste catalog under subgroup 15 01 – Packaging waste. Waste of this type should be collected separately from municipal waste and transferred to authorized entities using a waste transfer card.
