Rezultatele cercet\u0103rii sunt clare.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Nitrurarea este un proces teoretic care \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te duritatea \u0219i rezisten\u021ba la uzur\u0103 a suprafe\u021belor din o\u021bel. Din acest motiv, unii produc\u0103tori au \u00eenceput s\u0103 aplice aceast\u0103 metod\u0103 la mesele de sudur\u0103, \u00een speran\u021ba de a le face s\u0103 dureze mai mult. Cu toate acestea, studii recente arat\u0103 c\u0103 <strong>\u00een practic\u0103, nitrurarea meselor de sudur\u0103 nu este doar ineficient\u0103 \u0219i costisitoare, ci chiar d\u0103un\u0103toare pentru durabilitatea suprafe\u021bei mesei de sudur\u0103<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>De ce ar func\u021biona nitrurarea?<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Nitrurarea presupune introducerea azotului \u00een suprafe\u021bele de o\u021bel pentru a le cre\u0219te duritatea. Procesul p\u0103rea atractiv pentru companiile care doreau s\u0103 fac\u0103 mesele de sudur\u0103 mai rezistente la a\u0219chiere \u0219i deteriorare. Cu toate acestea, problema este c\u0103, \u00een ciuda avantajelor teoretice, <strong>acoperirea nitrurat\u0103 nu func\u021bioneaz\u0103 bine \u00een practic\u0103 \u00een condi\u021bii de sudare, deoarece temperaturile ridicate \u00eei sunt d\u0103un\u0103toare <\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Ce spun cercet\u0103rile?<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Testele arat\u0103 c\u0103 suprafa\u021ba <strong>nitrurat\u0103<\/strong>, \u00een ciuda durit\u0103\u021bii sale mai mari,<strong> este foarte fragil\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd este expus\u0103 la stropi fierbin\u021bi \u0219i la arcul electric. Atunci c\u00e2nd este expus la c\u0103ldur\u0103, stratul se fisureaz\u0103 \u0219i se desprinde rapid, deterior\u00e2nd masa de sudur\u0103<\/strong>. Problema esen\u021bial\u0103 este c\u0103 nitrurarea p\u0103trunde \u00een stratul superior al materialului \u0219i \u00eel umple cu o densitate at\u00e2t de mare \u00eenc\u00e2t <strong>\u00eempiedic\u0103 dilatarea termic\u0103 corespunz\u0103toare. Rezultatul este fisuri<\/strong> din cauza temperaturii ridicate, deoarece materialul nu se poate extinde corespunz\u0103tor. Acest lucru poate fi explicat printr-o cre\u0219tere local\u0103 rapid\u0103 a valorii coeficientului de dilatare termic\u0103 liniar\u0103 \u00een zona \u00een care, conform literaturii de specialitate, sunt deja prezente tensiuni de compresiune. <strong>Aceasta duce la degradarea complet\u0103 a stratului nitrurat.<\/strong> O astfel de mas\u0103 va func\u021biona bine numai \u00een opera\u021biile care nu introduc c\u0103ldur\u0103 \u00een stratul superior al mesei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Figura 2 prezint\u0103 o compara\u021bie \u00eentre suprafe\u021bele nitrurate \u0219i nenitrurate dup\u0103 expunerea la stropi de sudur\u0103. Jos: produse de transformare ale austenitei supra\u00eenc\u0103lzite, formate \u00een condi\u021bii de r\u0103cire rapid\u0103.&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Mese de sudur\u0103 nitrurate - mai multe probleme dec\u00e2t beneficii.<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">De\u0219i nitrurarea pare rezonabil\u0103 la prima vedere, \u00een practic\u0103 stratul nitrurat este prea fragil pentru a rezista condi\u021biilor dure de sudare. <strong>\u00cen loc s\u0103 protejeze masa, acesta se fisureaz\u0103 din cauza c\u0103ldurii \u0219i a stropirii. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Capa nitrurat\u0103 nu face mesele de sudur\u0103 rezistente la efectele degradante ale stropilor de sudur\u0103 \u0219i ale gripurilor. <\/strong> Ca urmare a efectelor termice ale pic\u0103turilor de metal lichid, \u00een stratul nitrurat se formeaz\u0103 fisuri transversale, fisuri longitudinale \u0219i delaminare. <strong>\u00cen procesul de \u00eendep\u0103rtare a stropilor, fragmente din stratul nitrurat sunt desprinse din zonele \u00een care acesta s-a degradat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Concluzii pentru clien\u021bi<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Dac\u0103 v\u0103 dori\u021bi o mas\u0103 de sudur\u0103 durabil\u0103, este mai bine s\u0103 evita\u021bi modelele nitrurate<\/strong>. De\u0219i acest proces promite duritate \u0219i rezilien\u021b\u0103, <strong>\u00een realitate, aceste mese se deterioreaz\u0103 rapid sub ac\u021biunea sudurii<\/strong>. <strong>\u00cen loc s\u0103 pl\u0103ti\u021bi prea mult pentru nitrurare, merit\u0103 s\u0103 investi\u021bi \u00een mese de sudur\u0103 robuste, f\u0103r\u0103 acest strat<\/strong>. Mesele fabricate din o\u021bel durabil, f\u0103r\u0103 acoperiri suplimentare inutile, vor func\u021biona mai bine \u00een condi\u021bii grele de sudare \u0219i sunt mai rezistente la c\u0103ldur\u0103 \u0219i deterior\u0103ri.
