A kutat\u00e1s eredm\u00e9nyei egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171ek.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">A nitrid\u00e1l\u00e1s egy olyan elj\u00e1r\u00e1s, amely elm\u00e9letileg jav\u00edtja az ac\u00e9lfel\u00fcletek kem\u00e9nys\u00e9g\u00e9t \u00e9s kop\u00e1s\u00e1ll\u00f3s\u00e1g\u00e1t. Ez\u00e9rt n\u00e9h\u00e1ny gy\u00e1rt\u00f3 elkezdte alkalmazni ezt a m\u00f3dszert a hegeszt\u0151asztalokn\u00e1l, rem\u00e9lve, hogy \u00edgy hosszabb \u00e9lettartam\u00fav\u00e1 teheti azokat. A leg\u00fajabb tanulm\u00e1nyok azonban azt mutatj\u00e1k, hogy <strong>a gyakorlatban a hegeszt\u0151asztalok nitr\u00e1l\u00e1sa nemcsak hogy nem hat\u00e9kony \u00e9s k\u00f6lts\u00e9ges, hanem m\u00e9g k\u00e1ros is a hegeszt\u0151asztal fel\u00fclet\u00e9nek tart\u00f3ss\u00e1g\u00e1ra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Mi\u00e9rt m\u0171k\u00f6dne a nitrid\u00e1l\u00e1s?<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">A nitrid\u00e1l\u00e1s sor\u00e1n nitrog\u00e9nt juttatnak az ac\u00e9lfel\u00fcletekbe, hogy n\u00f6velj\u00e9k azok kem\u00e9nys\u00e9g\u00e9t. Az elj\u00e1r\u00e1s vonz\u00f3nak t\u0171nt azon v\u00e1llalatok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, amelyek a hegeszt\u0151asztalokat ellen\u00e1ll\u00f3bb\u00e1 akart\u00e1k tenni a forg\u00e1csol\u00e1ssal \u00e9s a s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9sekkel szemben. A probl\u00e9ma azonban az, hogy az elm\u00e9leti el\u0151ny\u00f6k ellen\u00e9re a <strong>nitrid\u00e1lt bevonat a gyakorlatban nem m\u0171k\u00f6dik j\u00f3l hegeszt\u00e9si k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt, mivel a magas h\u0151m\u00e9rs\u00e9klet k\u00e1rosan hat r\u00e1.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Mit mondanak a kutat\u00e1sok?<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">A vizsg\u00e1latok azt mutatj\u00e1k, hogy a <strong>nitrid\u00e1lt fel\u00fclet<\/strong> a nagyobb kem\u00e9nys\u00e9ge ellen\u00e9re <strong> nagyon t\u00f6r\u00e9keny, amikor forr\u00f3 fr\u00f6ccsen\u00e9snek \u00e9s elektromos \u00edvnek van kit\u00e9ve. H\u0151hat\u00e1snak kit\u00e9ve a r\u00e9teg gyorsan megreped \u00e9s lev\u00e1lik, k\u00e1ros\u00edtva a hegeszt\u0151asztalt<\/strong>. A f\u0151 probl\u00e9ma az, hogy a nitrid\u00e1l\u00e1s behatol az anyag fels\u0151 r\u00e9teg\u00e9be, \u00e9s olyan s\u0171r\u0171s\u00e9g\u0171re t\u00f6lti ki azt, hogy <strong>megakad\u00e1lyozza a megfelel\u0151 h\u0151t\u00e1gul\u00e1st. Az eredm\u00e9ny reped\u00e9sek<\/strong> a magas h\u0151m\u00e9rs\u00e9klet miatt, mivel az anyag nem tud megfelel\u0151en t\u00e1gulni.
