The welding angle bracket is a solid and precise positioning tool designed for clamping and aligning spatial welded parts on a welding table.

It ensures precise maintenance of a right angle when assembling steel structures, profiles, and pipes, which is essential in processes requiring the highest precision and repeatability.

Construction and functionality

The angle bracket has a design with two parallel bases connected by vertical arms, forming a stable spatial structure with high rigidity.

The side walls are equipped with numerous mounting holes in various layouts – round and elongated (slots) – allowing flexible positioning and connection with other workshop tools.

The lower base features an elongated mounting hole that allows position adjustment and quick alignment during operation.

This design allows the creation of complex positioning setups and provides stable support when welding components of various shapes and sizes.

Application of the angle bracket

The angle bracket is ideal for:
– positioning and fastening of profiles, pipes, and steel structures,
– assembly and inspection of right-angle joints,
– building frames and structures requiring high accuracy,
– performing welding, assembly, and metalworking tasks.

Compatibility with welding tables

Each angle bracket is available in hole systems of φ16 mm and φ28 mm.

Depending on the selected tool series, it fits the corresponding type of welding table:

– EXPERT – for tables from the EXPERT series (25 mm tabletop) and XWT with an EXPERT-type top,

– PRO – for tables from the PRO, XWT and MWT series with a 15 mm tabletop,

– PLUS – for tables from the PLUS, ECO, BASIC, DIY and XWT series with 12 mm and 8 mm tabletops.

Such alignment ensures full system compatibility and stable fastening of components during operation.

The angle bracket is made of high-quality structural steel S355J2+N, characterized by high resistance to deformation and intensive use in workshop conditions.

Each working surface is precisely machined, ensuring perfect contact and repeatable positioning.

Each component undergoes quality control, ensuring the highest manufacturing standard, dimensional accuracy, and reliability in everyday use.
